Poverty expresses the depth,

                         Of God's mercy and love.

                             But sacrificial poverty ,

                          Expresses the profundity,

                   Of God's riches in mercy and love.

                     Poverty was so precious to God,

                       That he sent his only and one

                          Begotten son to search out

                             Poverty in the earth and

                          To wear it as toga for man.
